A human adult or animal is a creature that has developed to the fullest extent. Adult is a term applied to human beings to refer to social and legal concepts. The early adulthood stage is the one of physical maturity is at the time we turn 20 to 40 years older. Our height and weight are likely to grow. In the early years of our adulthood, we're physically peaking. The strength of our muscles, the response timing, the ability to sense and cardiac function all reach their peak.
